Powered by a proven HP Daihatsu 3 cylinder OHV liquid cooled engine with a cast iron block and a Tuthill™ 4007 tri-lobe blower, the Titan lets you operate three cleaning speeds and run two wands simultaneously. You also, have the flexibility of selecting the heat and vacuum you want, depending on the size of the job.
The Titan 575’s efficient tube and fin heat exchanger captures the highest percentage of available heat from engine coolant, engine exhaust and blower exhaust to give you temperatures of up to 127°C (265°F), with an open flow design to maintain minimal back pressure. The unique ADC™ temperature control system ensures that the cleaning solution is consistent within 2° F for streak-free cleaning. Whilst, competing truckmounts start dumping excess heat to the waste tank, after several minutes of inactivity. The new Titan 575 can go up to 40 mins without dumping from the fresh water tank. This reduces wasted water and ensures you don’t need to empty your waste tank as often. Some other truckmounts recirculate the water. The down side is extreme heat spikes which cause streaking on carpets. Hydramaster’s engineers have designed a non-recirculating system that eliminates heat spikes and dumping clean water to waste to control solution temperatures.
The Titan 575 is perfect for commercial and residential jobs, water damage restoration, pressure washing and multi-wand applications. The Titan is equipped with two 2" hose connections for dual wand use.
For high heat and reduced vacuum, choose the dual wand with short hose runs or a single wand at longer hose runs. To use a single wand with short hose runs, set the Titan to reduced heat and full vacuum. And for smaller jobs, or upholstery cleaning, you have the option of selecting low heat and reduced vacuum, as the Titan has a positive vacuum relief valve located on the recovery tank for precise vacuum control.
